共合默奇设计教育研发中心致力于解决基于通才培养的高等教育与设计机构专才需求脱节的问题，依托机构自身研发团队与制作团队的配置优势，借助一线客户典型案例，对新加入机构的优秀人才进行思维与技能内训，同时应用该平台资源对外吸纳定向培训应届高校毕业后创业、择业受阻学员，从中选拔留用适合人才。目前设有：三维动画、影视合成、交互媒体、平面设计四大类培训项目。共合默奇设计教育研发中心与机构实体及有识之士共同成长、共同进步。
The R&D center of Gonghe Moqi Design Education is committed to solving the problem of disjunction between higher education based on cultivation of generalist and demand for specialist in design institutions. Depending on setting advantage of the R&D team and production team of the organization itself, by borrowing typical cases of direct clients, it carried on internal thinking and skill training to the excellent new entrants of the organization. At the same time, it uses the resources of this platform to absorb and train college graduates that encounter obstacles in finding a job, and select and retain suitable talents from them. At present, there are four categories of training items: three-dimensional cartoon, movie combination, interactive media and plane design. The R&D center of Gonghe Moqi Design Education will progress and advance together with entities and people of insights.
